Teman to Health Appointment
Assistance to go to medical checkups and treatments
Other cost, if applicable:
* Price above excluded transportation cost.
* Transportation fee based on e-hailing's fare or RM0.80 / KM.
* RM37/hour surcharge will be applied for service session on a Public Holiday or/and Sunday or/and last minute booking (less than 24 hours before required service)
*Transport allowance for our Temanion to be at client's meet up point (RM20/Session)
Teman to Dialysis Treatment
Assistance to go to dialysis center to get their treatments
Other cost, if applicable:
* Price above excluded transportation cost.
* Transportation fee based on e-hailing's fare or RM0.80 / KM.
Terms:
* All the remaining hours can be use up BEFORE 60 days.
* From customer's home to dialysis center and return.
* Assist customer while pick-up and drop-off to dialysis center
* Temanion waiting upon customer request with added charge.
* RM37/hour surcharge will be applied for service session on a Public Holiday or/and Sunday or/and last minute booking (less than 24 hours before required service)
Teman customised activities
Accompany and assistance to do any kind of leisure activities
Other cost, if apllicable:
* Price above excluded transportation fee.
* Transportation fee based on e-hailing's fare or RM0.80 / KM.
*Transport allowance for our Temanion to be at client's meet up point (RM20/Session)
Terms:
* For service longer than 6 hours in single session, bulk purchase or any customization please state your requirements to our customer service for customised quotation
* RM37/hour surcharge will be applied for service session on a Public Holiday or/and Sunday or/and last minute booking (less than 24 hours before required service)

Day care services to provide assistance with daily activities
- Dispensing Medications
- Feeding/Prepare meal
- Light physiotheraphy
- Companionship
- Outdoor exercise/activity
- Mind Wellness Activities
- Bathing/change diapers
- Bedridden/wheelchair users
- BP/blood sugar measure
Terms:
* All the packages are valid within 60 days of usage
* Available for weekdays only excluding Sundays & Public Holidays
*Inclusive transport allowance for our Temanion to be at client's meet up point
